A SNORR dispatcher will need information from the person who needs help.  Some information includes:

• First and last name
• Contact information
• Vehicle information including year, make, model, license plate
• Description of issue 
• Are there are any broken parts on the vehicle, flat tires, etc.
• GPS coordinates of vehicle and if they are with the vehicle - if they do not know how to get GPS coordinates they can use Google and Apple maps as well as  https://www.findmesar.com 
• Photos of the vehicle including from a distance
• Are there any medical issues / concerns
• Do they need food or water

If responding volunteers need assistance while responding...

If a call is marked with an event number from an agency it is the responding volunteers responsibility to contact that agency once the recovery is completed to let that agency know that the recovery has been completed.  If volunteers have issues where first responders are needed contact info may be different than here.
