MOST OF THE TIME ONLY HAVING A BUSINESS LICENSE, A BLOWER, AND A TRUCK IS NOT ENOUGH TO DO LANDSCAPING WORK AT OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTIES.

Per Nevada law, Who needs to be properly licensed?

To plant / install / work on

Nevada law says that a C10 contractor's license is required to  "...arrange, plant and maintain gardens, lawns, shrubs,... bushes, trees and other vegetation, construct systems of drainage and landscape irrigation, install rocks, sand, gravel..."  (NAC 624.280) .

Our contractors license is C10 0070688 and our bid limit $50,000.

Per Nevada law; companies and each individual spraying for weed control (herbicide) "for hire" typically needs a C6 license through the Nevada Department of Agriculture.

Residential Recovery Fund

The Recovery Fund was established by law during the 1999 session of the Nevada Legislature to offer protection for Nevada homeowners who contract with properly  licensed contractors and, under certain conditions are harmed by the failure of that contractor to properly perform qualified services.  Hiring an improperly licensed or not licensed contractor excludes property owners from this fund.
